First-year Progress Meeting

The project has completed its first year, marking an important milestone in both scientific progress and coordination. The first progress meeting of the project was held on October 6, 2025, providing an opportunity to align objectives, review initial results, and coordinate upcoming activities. During this period, significant efforts were dedicated to establishing the methodological foundations and validating the core concepts underlying the research.

A comprehensive review of first-year achievements highlights the successful completion of several key tasks, alongside steady progress on ongoing activities. At the same time, a small number of tasks experienced delays, primarily due to the need for additional validation and careful experimental preparation, reflecting the project’s commitment to robustness and scientific reliability.

Looking ahead, the focus shifts to the planning and execution of upcoming experimental campaigns at Politecnico di Milano (POLIMI). These campaigns will play a central role in testing the proposed approaches under controlled and realistic conditions, providing critical data for subsequent analysis.

In parallel, the project team is advancing the conceptual development of data analysis strategies, modeling approaches, and the overall framework. This includes refining methods for interpreting measurements, addressing uncertainty, and ensuring that results remain physically meaningful and experimentally grounded.

Finally, continued coordination efforts are ensuring alignment, particularly in communication activities and the preparation of next-phase deliverables. This structured approach supports a coherent progression of the project, balancing innovation with careful validation.
